      Congress passed the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act and Regulation GG, which requires banks to
      prohibit commercial customers from receiving transactions from unlawful online gambling sites.

      This notice is to inform you that Unlawful Internet Gambling transactions are prohibited from being processed through
      your account(s) at North American State Bank.

      We will begin enforcing this law December 1, 2009. Receiving transactions in connection with unlawful internet
      gambling sites may result in limits being put on your transactions, or account closure.
